LA PALLISSA

This is an apartment on the top floor, spacious for 5/7 occupants, of 70 m2 ideal for families or for two couples.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a dishwasher. The living room has direct access to a beautiful private garden terrace which is equipped with garden furniture. The living room has a sofa/bed that sits 2 people and is spacious and comfortable.

The two  bedrooms are exterior and each one has a wardrobe. One room has a double bed and theother has two single beds (one of them with the possibility of an extra bed). In one of therooms you can add a cot.

The bathroom is exterior, complete with shower.

All apartments have heating with individual thermostat, air conditioning, television, hair dryer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juice squeezer and kitchen utensils (paellas, pans, ...).

There is also oil, salt and sugar. Basic cleaning utensils, too, are included (dishwasher detergent, broom, mop, ...).

The tablecloth and napkins, bed linen and bath towels are included in the price. In the bathroom there is toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel.

The apartments have a private terrace with garden furniture. In the common outdoor area there is 1 barbecue at your disposal, with the charcoal included in the price. Very close to the barbecue area you will find the swimming pool, the spa and the children´s playground. In addition, each apartment has 2 parking spaces.

The apartments can be occupied from 4pm on the day of your arrival and must be left before 11am in the morning.
