This is a spacious apartment, for 6/8 occupants, of 60 m2 on one floor ideal for families or for two couples.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. The living room has a glass facade that gives it a lot of light, with a sofa/bed that sits 2 people, and 2 armchairs. The bathroom is completely fitted.

All three bedrooms have large windows. One has a double bed, another has two single beds and another has a junior bed. The apartment has a private terrace of 20m2 with outdoor furniture and excellent views of the garden.

All the apartments have heating with an individual thermostat, air conditioning, television, hair dryer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juice squeezer and kitchen utensils (paellas, pans, ...). There is also oil, salt and sugar.

Basic cleaning utensils, too, are included (dishwashing detergent, broom, mop...) The tablecloth and napkins, bed linen and bath towels are included in the price. In the bathroom there is toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel.

The apartments have a private terrace with garden furniture. In the common outdoor area there is 1 barbecue at your disposal, with the charcoal included in the price. Very close to the barbecue area you will find the swimming pool, the spa and the children´s playground. In addition, each apartment has 2 parking spaces.

The apartments can be occupied from 4pm on the day of your arrival and must be left before 11am in the morning.
