TERMS:
Apartment bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights in low season and mid-season (except for bank holiday weekends, Easter, Christmas, etc.). In high season, the minimum is 7 nights.
When the booking is confirmed you will be provided with a current account number to transfer 30% of the booking price as a deposit. The remaining payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer when you check in.
The apartments can be occupied after 4 p.m., and must be vacated by 11 a.m.
Guests may receive visitors (prior notice must be given).
In low and half season we do not equip the apartment with bed sheets and towels, if you want this service it will have an extra cost of €50
In low and half season the jacuzzi remains closed, if you wanted it working it would have an extra cost of €60.
Cleaning fee €70.
CANCELLATIONS:
If a booking is cancelled more than 15 days prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled between 10 and 15 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled under 10 days before the date of arrival, there will be no refund.
